Richard has been walking with Jesus for over 20 years. He is passionate about helping people know Jesus as Lord and friend and seeing the gospel advanced. He desires to help people know God’s Word and how to live it out in their daily lives. Richard and Kaitlin have two amazing daughters. They relocated to Franklin in December 2025. Richard grew up in Ridgeland, MS. He served as a worship leader and pastor of worship from 2014 to 2025. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Worship Leadership from the University of Mobile, a Master’s degree in Pastoral Ministry from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (NOBTS), and is currently in the Doctor of Ministry program at NOBTS.
